Less isn't More - It's Hurting Everyone and Everything

This economy has everyone trying to get by with less, and it shows. 

⚡It shows in the lack of available help and customer service at merchants.

⚡It shows in the lack of quality of goods.

⚡It shows in the lack of attention to candidate experience in hiring.

⚡It shows in the eyes of those working harder for less.

⚡It shows on our dinner plates.

⚡It shows in the layoffs we read about each week.

⚡It shows in our debt.

⚡It shows in our health.

Meanwhile, corporations are raking in record profits and the media purports, "inflation is cooling!" Do you feel it? Me, neither. 🤷‍♀️ 

People are out here desperately trying to find work in their field, competing against hundreds, sometimes thousands of strangers facing the same fate. To keep money coming in, many turn to service related work or minimum wage jobs. It's a sea of less out here. 🌊
